Man I did a cycle of tren and prop test and after the breast cancer chemical I forgot its name because it was ages ago to not get that fluid behind the nipples and not ruin my estrogen. I had the worst tren flu. Also I put ten kilos on. I'm saying all this because honestly one cycle isn't enough and if Nicky rod did just a random test out of nowhere I believe he's been natty for a while. Cause my testosterone was so low after and took two weeks to get back to natural after. Honestly just my opinion I think if Nicky rod did do steroids he would be gigantic like Brock Lesnar. Imo I think him and Jay rod just have explosive body types. Just Jay rod doesn't eat as much as a horse.

I sure would love to see a weight-to-rep scale for weight classes. As someone who actually doesn't enjoy working out anymore, it would be nice to have a number to strive for/act like a light at the end of the tunnel for maintenance. Continuously striving for more can become so daunting and time consuming.
@2o3ief
10 ай бұрын
I would just focus on smaller time scales and progression itself. don't have an idea of I need to get to a 2.5x body weight back squat or anything like that. If your goal is 20 pull ups and you get to that number and then stop you will lose the ability to do 20 pull ups. Focus on doing the things you find enjoyable and progressing in them gradually rather than "numbers" My 2 cents

Just figure out the heaviest weight u can lift 5 times, for every excercise u plan to do. Then just do 3-5 sets of 5 for each one everytime u work out. Once it gets easy enough for u to do 10 reps, probably after a few weeks, move the weight up again so u can only do abt 5 reps at a time. This way you'll get stronger without necessarily gaining size (after abt 8-30 reps is where you'll see muscles actually growing in size) This is what I've been told to gain strength without growing out of my weightclass

Not to criticise but really some questions out of interest: 1: In bjj there are a lot or static moments with a lot of force applied on the muscles. Why is there no isometric actions in this bjj fitness schedule? 2: All of these exercises are performed in a sagital plane. In bjj most of the movements are combinations in all kinds of directions and movements. Why wouldn’t you train like this in fitness exercises? 3: In bjj a lot of forces are unpredictable due to the opponent. Why do you only train with predictable weights? Thanks in advance.

“At your weight class” mean division you fight, like if you fight at ufc lightweight which is 155 pound / 70 kg class, then you banging 155 pound at bench and do as much reps as you can to kind see how strong are you to deal with your division contender.
