Hi guys nice to see this new post ,it's nice to this part of history of mauritius that lot of mauritians don't know .I hope school can take the children to show this so that the young one Understand that part of their history. I beleive that during their scolarité they Never heard about this. Good job Bryan and Ricky.

Good to know that they have finally built a war museum in Mauritius. The people who lived during that period and used to tell us about those hardship years ( e.g my grandma) and those who actually fought in that conflict (e.g my uncle) are long gone. As a post-colonial society am happy that we are finally coming to terms with our history of the colonial era.

Thanks. War is a terrible thing but sadly is has been part of human for thousands of years and by the way it looks it is here to stay sadly.
