✅ Preparation method:
✅ To prepare the cream:
1. In a bowl, mix the milk, flour, and cold starch well.
2. Place the mixture on the fire and stir constantly until the consistency becomes thick and begins to boil.
3. Remove the pot from the heat, add the butter cube and stir until it melts.
4. Transfer the mixture to a plate and cover it with a plastic bag to cool in the refrigerator.
✅ To prepare the goulash:
1. Unroll the goulash roll and cut it into triangles.
2. Place the pieces in the oven tray.
3. In a saucepan, melt the ghee and butter and sprinkle it over the gelato.
4. Place the tray in a preheated oven at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius until the gelatinous color turns golden at the edges and bottom, then at the top.
