Imagine how choked up people here in the northlands get thinking about what could have been but isn’t due to abrahamic religions. Think the world knows now the opposite of good and what it bears with it. The difference is they didn’t know in the actual Viking age as everything was hectic and if you didn’t live like savages you’d get run over by your neighbouring country as the entire planet knew nothing else. Think we are advanced and honorable enough now to bring back what each nation deserves. This is why Wardruna is doing what they are doing. It’s nothing like that here in Scandinavia what they are doing are giving but mere glimpses of what once was and what again shall be. But for all. Each nation of the planet. Can’t just be Christian now. Seems a bit suspicious.

@@shadanalrikabi6645 Deities need worship to be self aware. Human energy, concentrated in a belief in these gods makes them manifest. In this way they awaken. This is why people should be careful to fear God more than Satan. That fear is an acknowledgement of His existence. And well if Satan is real then so is God or Allah or even these ancient Norse gods. Even the bible acknowledges other gods, why would God be jealous of something which does not exist. This is very deep, but just my belief.

@@epicn3ss1 wow that’s actually a really good question. I’m struggling to think of a simple answer. 😅 Be willing to explore your own soul. See where it leads you. Study the mythology, study the symbolism behind it. Study the cycles, of death and of rebirth. Listen to more songs, study their words. Study the language and the meaning behind the words. Understand that a lot of them come from old sagas and stories, read them. explore them There are many lessons to be learned in those stories. Spend time in nature. Commune with it. Reach out to it. See yourself as part of it. Study paganism, heathenism. The worship of nature. Understand that the answers you seek lie within you. I can’t give them to you, I can only give you advice. Trust your soul. For my part, I will sing the old songs as loud as I can. I will make new songs. New sagas. I will remember the ring before it was broken. And maybe, just maybe , I will be a part of its healing. One day I hope to make a place. Upon a mountain. I will call it Lyfjaberg. A place of hope and healing. A place for the lost and the broken. Perhaps I will you see you there someday
