Distance means little when they are being subjected to eldar holo fields which are specifically designed to mess up all known targeting systems in the galaxy on both visual and mechanical levels. They didn't animate it in any way here from what I remember, but all eldar titans and most of their vehicles are equipped with it. Also, void shields don't do anything to stop phantom blades, which can cut straight through them. In fact, I want to add something to that point- void shields ARE really strong, no doubt. But they're not invincible. They can get depleted over time. Ork power fields on gargants are actually even stronger than void shields. What makes the void shield strong is actually the fact that they can also regenerate over time. It can keep reforming again and again as long as the titan still has power. This means the best way to get through them is either constant potshots from a powerful enough gun to not give it the chance to regenerate (the tau approach with their tigersharks and mantas), or just use weapons that go straight through them (eldar phantom blades or distort weapons for eg)
