Your content is great. Not many people can convey how a stick of wood can play such a role on how it will influence a particular style of music they are going for.

Hey guys! If you haven’t heard of Warmoth, they’re an American company that is Licensed by Fender to manufacture Fender parts such as bodies and necks. Don’t be fooled by the classic traditional Fender attitude, you can fully customise everything on the website to make yourself a modern metal machine ;) Let me know what you think!

I'm in the States and I've used Warmoth also. I too ordered a roasted AAA flame maple tele neck and I have a pretty good idea what you must have spent upon it! Not cheap, was it lol ;-) It was part of a tele build I decided to do during this covid lockdown to fight boredom. I had them make me an ash tele with with AAA quilt maple top done in a black cherry burst. The neck I opted to have a clear gloss finish-it did make it even more expensive, but the grain pops even more and also changes as you look at it from different angles. I had them install SS6105 frets and it has a 59 roundback profile. Gold Grover tuners and gold Babicz full contact tele bridge, Bareknuckle Flat 50's pups and this thing sings like a bird. The neck is awesome, doesn't have a dead spot on it anywhere.

Hell yeah. Beautiful neck. I have a white HH Tele that’s all Warmoth. That guitar has more sustain than any guitar I’ve ever played. I also have a Strat with a Warmoth neck that plays amazingly. Warmoth makes great products.

Man im so hyped for mine...i love carvin too. My dc400 and my bc rich mockingbird legacy ST are my two main guitars. The neck dimensions must be almost EXACT if not identical and they're my favorite. Like a wizard but a littke beefier. Warmoth's wizard dimensions are almost the same as the bc rich "shredzilla" neck so i know ill be happy there. If you're love the DC 135/200/400 necks then you will 100% absolutely love one of the newer bc rich models with the "shredzilla" neck. They're practically identical.

I have an almost identical roasted flame maple neck from Warmoth. I love mine as well. I wish that I had selected the light colored inlay dots on the fretboard and side. With the flame maple black dots are hard to see in dim light. Next time I might also not have it with the flame maple fretboard. Basic roasted maple might be less dark. Also I thought mine was also one piece of wood. If you look closer you might see that the fretboard was glued on like mine is. It plays great. Sand it down to 2000 grit sand paper not missing any grits and then oil it with boiled linseed oil. After that give it a nice polishing. It will feel like silk.

Fyi, flipping the headstock ala Hendrix isnt just for looks. This allows for the unwound strings to be a little shorter making bends a tad easier. Same principle with a top loader tele bridge. Just an FYI! Beautiful neck, how does it sound? I found the Fender CNC roasted neck I bought had much sharper edges all around then my custom shop and other older necks. I "rolled" or lightly sanded the fretboard edges and other sharp edges that my hand touches, took about 10 mins.

Nice neck! I would make sure to check the fret leveling. Warmoth does not level their frets, they leave that for the customer to do. Mine was pretty good, but definitely not perfect.

@@QuickSticks8771 Not at all saying that they aren't great necks, or that the fret install isn't usually passable, BUT, even warmoth states they do not level frets on their necks because they are a parts supplier, not a guitar manufacturer. They leave the fine touches to you, the customer to complete to your preferences.

Fair call , I haven’t bought one yet and seriously considering Seems all the hate comes from this sharp fret issue But if they state that on their site then I’ll just manage that expectation Thanks for the heads up

@@QuickSticks8771 I don't think you will have any issues. I have 3 different warmoth necks here now, that were all ordered over the past year, and none of them have sharp fret edges. One of them does need a slight leveling, but all came out of the box great players, and extremely well constructed necks. I do not think you will be disappointed as long as you make the right selections. One of the necks here is a replacement neck i had to order because I Ordered a back profile that i didn't vibe with. So no fault of warmoth, more me taking a stab at what profile "I thought" i would like, but didn't end up liking.

BTW ..For the record, Warmoth stipulates that none of their necks come with pre-leveled, or polished frets. I know because I have one of their roasted maple necks with stainless steel frets. I had to actually polish the frets myself and the frets did not need to be leveled, as there were no uneven frets. They say that the frets typically don't need to be leveled but once the neck is installed on a guitar body that fine adjustments to the frets may be required.
