Hey Guys, Here is a 7 Mins Warm Up Routine/ Stretching that I do everyday after my meditation. It helps open my body and gets me ready for the day and the workout.
I believe that the most important part of the workout is not actually the exercises but the Warm Up and Cool Down Routine that help you stay consistent and prevent any injuries.
