Hey Matt, 27M stranger here in the US that has watched a few of your videos now. I don't really ever comment on videos, but I just had to tell you that your content has been inspiring. They've motivated me to find accountability buddies, to be accountable for how I live my life, and to give friendships my all without expectations. I truly appreciate you putting your positive energy and good vibes out in to the world because it's definitely something that I need more of in my life, and it helped me realize I need to surround myself with more people like yourself. I think your subscriber base appreciates seeing a new video from you pop up regardless of how regularly you upload so I hope you aren't being hard on yourself. Keep being awesome 🙌

Here Matt, Firstly I like your personality, you r always full of positive energy. I really miss your podcast "Mili second apart", I loved the way you used to describe yourself " I am Matt who prefer to do this over that" I started copying you 😂. I loved, how free and confident u r about yourself. I need your perspective in on one of my problem, I saw your videos where you were vulnerable about yourself "how you used to think and all". My question to you is that obviously it's not easy to share that part of yourself on the internet where everyone is watching you "your friends, family and all" what's your take on that, don't you feel judged or what they will think about you & all, all of those kind of thoughts. I'm asking this because I recently started creating content on Instagram which is a vulnerable stuff not superficial. I didn't expect that people around me will follow me & look into my life. I want to continue doing it because the message I want to share with the world is more imp than me being judged but these thoughts are randomly popping up what should I do about it. If you are still reading it, I appreciate thanks, You r awesome continue doing what r u doing.👍

Hi there, Misbah! Thanks so much for stopping by and for the kind words ❤️ Congrats on beginning your process of creating! Something that really helps me act even though I'm still conscious of the judgement of others is: What would I regret NOT doing if I was on my deathbed right now? I know that I would regret NOT creating, saying what I truly want to say, and doing the things that bring me true joy. One last thing: I've found in my experience that those who judge us negatively are typically only doing so because of a lack in their own life. The ones that are truly joyful and living the best lives (the type of people we want to be and have in our lives) will be cheering us on. Go and find your people - you can 100% do it!!

That "doing everything in our power to make it a reality" part can be tricky as hell, I've learned (and continue to). Sometimes I think we can hold onto these kinds of lofty goals and try to make ourselves feel like we're making progress and are justified in having a positive perspective about that progress, when in reality, there may not be a sufficient amount of it. Even if we do make whatever we may deem to be 'sufficient progress' toward those goals, it feels like we're also susceptible to taking that relatively small victory and running with it, as if we actually met the full goal. It's all very curious and even a little weird how we can waver in motivation and even our perspective of whether we should remain motivated based on progress we may or may not have made toward those goals we want to reach... if that makes any sense. Whether or not that sounded coherent, this was a great video, Matt! Amidst all the deep thought on this kind of thing and all the introspection we can explore, I think there are definitely times when we probably need to just get ourselves in gear and make a stand within ourselves, and finally strive to do better in a new chapter of our personal journey.

That definitely was coherent! Thank you so much for sharing and what you wrote is definitely something I’ll be reflecting upon (to make sure that I don’t deceive myself that I’ve done enough when I’ve really only taken one small step forward). Sending you love and let’s get to work, my friend 😤 We got this ❤️
