A few years back I accompanied a friend of mine who's phone's, which was part of the Samsung Galaxy A series, display died on him within a month of purchase and without any physical damage on his part. Guess what, customer care told us there's nothing they can do and no replacements will be provided despite the warranty period not being over. This was my first experience of your channel. I realize the amount of heat you guys are incurring by making a video like this. Hats off to you guys for addressing these matters and it says a lot about the integrity of your reviews. You just got a loyal subscriber. Keep up the good work.

I'm using a Samsung m51, I brought this phone from dubai. However, from Bangladesh recently I brought another M21 for my father. After 3 months of uses my father had the same problem with display, I thought he somehow damaged it. I took it to the service center and they charge me money for the replacement. However, The m51 phone i brought from dubai, having a good experience. No issues whatsoever. I think it's quality control problem in Bangladesh.

Couldnât agree more with you brother! As a consumer we donât know our rights. Big brands takes this opportunity & pass on the after sales service. We need change! Just like a European or U.S consumers we buy with our hard earned money, we should be treated as their equal too. Bravo brother!
We don't need techtubers whose mere contribution is just another review of a product, we need peoples like you who has a strong voice against odds. No other KZitemr (at least not in my knowledge) in BD talks about such issues, hats off.
