I'm pleased to see the Itsekiri people having a great time celebrating their culture. First time I am seeing anything like this. The language is sounding like Igbo.

Congratulations to you the defender of the Culture and tradition of the great Itsekiri Nation. Please ensure that the racist and discriminatory Chietaincy Edict which is made to prevent heirs to the throne born by Yoruba women don't become king. It is a height of insult to the great Yoruba Nation. Itsekiri's ancient kinsmen are still at Ode-omi,Makun-Omi,Iwopin all in Ijebu-Waterside of Ogun State .The discrimination is unacceptable and uncalled for.

Is your explanation correct? I thought the first Olu of Warri was a Prince of Yoruba kingdom? You said Benin kingdom.

He is from Benin and he was Ginuwa the first

The explanation is correct but the Itsekiri have historical connection with Yorubas especially Ijebu- waterside.
