Feeding a variety of feeder fish is ideal, saltwater fish are definitely preferable to goldfish and such which are not very well balanced nutritionally and should not be fed to anglers. Mollies also make a cheap healthier feeder and Shrimp are also great! I wouldn't feed such large fish compared to him though, overfeeding can kill these guys as they may try and tackle too large of prey then not be able to handle digesting it, overfeeding is probably the second most common cause of death for captive anglers after those that never take to food and starve. The first damsel was a more appropriate sized meal and really they just need to be fed until they have a bit of a bulge showing in their stomach, prey items less than half the size of the frogfish are much safer. Nice video and hope some of this was helpful info!

@@saltybrackishfresh Cool, shrimp are great for variety. Some even take chunks of frozen food from a stick which is great because you can soak silversides, shrimp or squid pieces in vitamin mixes like selcon to make up for any deficiencies in the staple live foods. They don't really seem to need to eat more than once a week if the meals are large enough anyway so you can try some more unusual feeders here and there without breaking the bank.
