I haven't listened yet, so this comment is probably boorish. But I'm annoyed by the title of the video: 'Unræd' does not mean 'Unready' - it means 'badly advised' or 'ill counselled', not necessarily by an external adviser but by his own reason.

It does, and the episode makes that point. The episode deals with both the original meaning of the nickname and how Victorian historians chose to interpret it, and why. I hope that you are less annoyed after listening to the episode. (I called it this to pair it with my earlier episode asking whether Alfred was really all that great. Yes, I have a weakness for cutsie titles.)
