I fully agree with you man!! I just built a new trailer and did 2 AR45's on GX200's. They are beasts. In the middle of a 450Ksq.ft 750 unit apartment building using them with up to 450' of 5/8" hose on each. I will NEVER go back to 12v. Wish I had gone with AR's sooner!

Beats the hell out of a 12v system

Thank you. I was on the fence about the gas pump. Everyone says so much over spray, possible landscaping damage. Had the same thought as you, can always idle back to volume desired without the over spray. Great content. Very much appreciated

What do you do if your pump is on and you aren’t on the trigger on a roof? Do you have to have someone flip it to bypass or just hurry back to the trailer after job complete

What does it mean if the supply hose starts trembling when i turn it back to around 100psi? Seems like when I do that it gets the shakes!! Thank you!

I assume you can house wash at that same low pressure and conserve chem and still get it done efficiently and then crank it up for a rinse. Lemme know?

2k for the ar45, another 2k for the remote system and proportioner.. 10 houses and or roof washes and it's paid for itself. Exactly why I just invested in the whole set up for my company.

Cut my time in half once I switched to the P40. I cut mine down and do the same.

Here in Australia roofs are hard work. We have mostly Colorbond roofs. They have to be treated and rinsed. Often I have to use a surface cleaner on the roof. The average roof takes a solid day.

Hey Mr Leon, you using any surfactant in your mix? Also, in a scenario where you can wash it from the ground but also not too steep to get on roof and wash it, which do you prefer? Obviously not having to get on roof but is there a noticeable difference in either?

Leon, I know that you are using a gas roof pump, but have you ever used that gun with a air pump setup? Was wondering how it would do with a air setup 1" air diaphram.

Do you prefer the air 45 or the p40?

Like the content Leon. I am definitely sold on the gas pump soft wash set up. My 12 volt burned up last week and now feel the gas is the way to go for more power if i need it and more longevity. The gas pump is definitely for the serious players and will be for sure in the future. The 12 volt system is like sending a little stream in the air. Time is precious, so why pee in the wind. lol Loved the part where you sent that trigger gun down from the roof top like it was indestructible, with the hose following. You do that with a wand and it'll break into three pieces.
