Ingredients:
Part 1. Preparing the noodles.
500gm flat noodles/KOAY Teow
1-2 tbsp dark soy sauce.
Oil for frying.
Part 2.
1 chicken breast - cut to strips
Fish cakes - thickly sliced
Prawns / squid
3 cloves garlic - chopped
1 thumb size ginger- sliced
1 stalk of green onion-chopped
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp corn flour - mix with some water for slurry
Bok Choy or Choy Sum
1 egg
2-3 cups water.
