What a great mock up, Eric. Admirable use of sewing. I thought, that lap joint between the foam and the band would last 3 seconds, but then you sewed it.

Excellent. I have done mockups as a software designer and the client is often disappointed it does not function. I would love such a product. I would rather the backpack pull-to-tighten buckle instead of velcro.

thanks for the videos! do you have tips or a process on casting a lot of the same part at once vs single part molds? small scale if you needed to make hundreds of the same part, but not thousands.

...Your hockey play at the end. I'm from the south, so I don't know jack about hockey, but it would seem as though the opposing team would have a different color jersey, am I wrong?
