Prosecutorial misconduct is when a prosecutor intentionally violates a law or standard, or abuses their power, during a criminal proceeding. This can include actions or inactions that violate legal norms, such as constitutional provisions, statutes, or professional ethics canons. I know we all have our troubles but in my heart I don’t get the impression that thug did this or had anything to do with the murder of Donavan Thomas there trying to lock him up for being a Blood and that’s not a crime I’m ready to see some evidence and I haven’t heard nothing and I been watching this for too long this leads me to believe Fulton county is corrupt I just have no faith in the justice system watching this trial it sickens me right along with ms Love and Fannie willis. Hey there, your comment was great, and I agree with you as well. I've been watching this trial from Day 1 until now. During that whole time, we observed the favoritism, the judge being bias towards the defense. The misjustice was always in effect from the very beginning. Now that there's a judge with no prejudice tours the defense or the state. All the evidence we been seeing is people with plea deals acting as witnesses for the state. This is not a RICO case, just a bunch of witnesses saying the same thing. The state hasn't proved anything yet.

According to google, court reporters must be able to type 225wpm with 97.5% accuracy. My aunt was a court reporter until she retired and could type fast. Court reporters use stenographer’s in the court room which have less keys on them, and don’t have a key for every letter of the alphabet. Those allow a person to type at least 300wpm.

Being involved in drugs is nothing new. 99% of the population is involved in drugs. The real harm is the murders. State has not proven who killed Nut cause they don't know and never will. It could have been anyone from either side. Defense has proven it was NOT the car Jeffrey rented though. As for all the other shoot outs and killings, both sides were doing that and I think some of them were prosecuted but there is no way to prove who all did what. If Jeffrey was a king pin why has there been no money trail, code book, initiation, etc. Those were crimes committed by individuals on their own with no gain for Jeffrey. There is no justice in ruining someone's life without absolute evidence; dna, eye witness, etc. The state has neither. All they have is statements of convicts who don't want to go to jail. When you say they were ALL involved, where is the proof other that hearsay and insinuation. If you were accused of being a king pin I think you would want someone to fight vigorously for you.

Brady misconduct is both known to the defense and memorialized in public records, measuring Brady misconduct before and after the remedy's enactment would be extremely difficult. But one could take a random sample of serious felony cases before and after the remedy's implementation and measure the length of time between Brady demand letters and the government's responses, the length of time before trial of Brady disclosures, and the frequency of recorded unsolicited disclosures. Alternatively, one could evaluate the effectiveness qualitatively, interviewing defense counsel, prosecutors, and judges and investigating whether individual prosecutors' offices-and police stations-had taken steps to improve Brady compliance through better bureaucratic mechanisms and increased training. I l l. HOW MIGHT THE REMEDY BE ESTABLISHED? The fair trial remedy might be established by legislation, amendments to the rules of criminal procedure, or litigation in various courts. For a host of reasons,
