I 100% resonate with the last one. I noticed my claustrophobia kicks in the most when im in what i consider "tight space" (airplane, train, back seat of car, etc) when there's a POSSIBILITY of escape but it's not an easy escape because it's not just about my decision/needs. Once I'm in the air on an airplane, it definitely gets much better. Anticipation leading up to getting on an airplane - major anxiety. After landing if we're "stuck" at a gate for too long and they don't open the hatch to start letting people out - strong anxiety.

i personally hate the waiting and boarding process. it gives me anxiety attacks. once the plane has taken off however, i feel so much better

Thank you, i feel a bit better, i dont know what happened flight used to be normal for me but now i get panic attacks everytine i fly and need ny mom to hold my hand, i cant sleep on the plane because im paranoid and i always pick the window seat to make sure we arent on the verge of death and i alway always do duaa during a flight when im scared, i dont know what happened i wish i was normal and excited to fly instead of having panic artacks

Supposed to be flying Sunday morning..thr worst bit for me where im worse is the time between boarding and pushing back. Once in air im fine. I don't get it.
