Perfect timing! I just had an "off day" today, and I think the main reason why is because I have been having trouble selecting the next step forward in the thing I'm currently trying to learn, it's a very overwhelming topic in the unbelievably nebulous subject that is visual art. So I've felt totally scattered, dipping my toes into various things, and then ultimately being disappointed at the end of the day when not much has developed because I barely progressed even in the warming up stage for the things I was trying to attempt. But I feel like what needs to be addressed sometimes is not merely that you should select one or very few things to do, but *how* you choose to select what is the most important thing to do next. Also, it's okay to give yourself room to try out different things to see what's most important. Figuring things out, getting a bit lost in a sea of information it pretty normal, in my opinion, even if that ends up creating an "off day".

Jesus knows. He said in this world you will have trouble each day has enough trouble of its own. So don't worry about tomorrow. Now I have a question what do you think leads people from God why would one ignore Jesus Christ beautiful wise advice? Jesus Christ truly does address the issues of Life the day-to-day life having enemies or haters even within your own family. Jesus Christ can relate to every step you take why because it says.. He was tempted in every way as us. There's not one thing you're going through have been through or going to go through that Jesus Christ cannot relate to which is why he said come you who are weary. Nobody could ever walk in Jesus Christ sandals but every step Jesus Christ took in those sandals was for you each and every step Jesus Christ was mindful of you every step he took going through opposition hatred mockery planning against his life and his final step to the Cross bloody beaten to where he wasn't even recognizable was for you. When Jesus Christ was on that cross bleeding to a pulp hands nailed to the cross feet nailed to the cross with the crown of thorns on his head as he was bleeding all over his face he still had love in his eyes his arms were stretched out is that he was there in pain it was like his arms were opening up to say this is how much I love you this is what I was willing to do for you. If you could just look into Jesus Christ's eyes you would see him saying I love you don't give up don't give up look to me just look to me. In that moment Jesus Christ endured God's wrath and punishment for sin upon himself in that moment Jesus Christ became sin of the world Jesus Christ was burying your sins your burdens your pains and the devils hatred against you. This is why it says looking unto Jesus the Arthur and finisher of our faith who for the joy set before him endured the cross sparing its shame knowing he was about to sit at the right hand of God. Jesus Christ in that moment was not looking at what was happening to him he was looking to God. Looking to the joy of victory for your soul for your soul to be redeemed for you to have a bright future for you to know there's more to life than this temporary world to know that you could have help in that moment in Jesus Christ had you on his mind whether you choose to believe him or not in that moment Jesus had the strength of God to say in the midst of those hating on him. FATHER FORGIVE THEM FOR THEY KNOW NOT WHAT THEY DO.

Off days are inevitable. Instead of letting your emotions control your actions, have a set plan for whenever you "don't feel like it", if you have a set plan, like something actually written down on paper, you are much more likely to follow through and be consistent.

I have bipolar type II. Even though major depression makes me have off weeks and months, when I have tangeable cognitive, physical and emotional toll to face, I still find that "just getting to it" can often surprise me. You shouldn't pressure yourself, healthy or not, to function at your peak at all times, nor to hustle everyday without exception. There are simply days you are a potato, and that's fine to stay there without punishing yourself even more, but remembering that even in the worst days you might reach peak performance at whatever is reason enough for you to try putting your feet in the water. Thanks for anoher amazing video, Thomas!

I just watched your How to figure out what to do with your life, I already know what I want to do but I doubt whether it is right for me cause it ticks most boxes but not all. I wanted to go into aviation, I have always had this desire to not be in a 9-5 job where I sit there for about 60% of my life at a table and do the same thing over and over again. So this suited me nicely, I also want good work life balance and want be experiencing and doing different things in my job. But on the other hand I want to do a job that tests my brain. That I am always problem solving or creating solutions for and creating and innovating. But I always shut myself off with I might not be smart enough (negative thoughts) or I just want to be chill and relax during my life (this is true). I get told a lot that I am a very good adapter I easily learn things and I am teachable. I also get told that I have a different way of thinking by others. What do you think? Can you assist me in this journey?
