@Lilliann Henricks how? It’s just objective reality
@kirstenornelas881
Жыл бұрын
@Lilliann Henricks it isn’t rude. The truth is the truth weather you like it or not. Honestly, the guy seems like a great guy with a good since of humor, still does not change the facts. He needs to lose at a minimum at least fifty lbs if not more than that. He needs to strengthen his muscles and eat healthier and he would feel less crappy less often and feel good more often because the extra weight is causing a lot of pressure on his joints and spine. Those are the facts. Think of your bones like the frame of a vehicle. You cannot put the weight of an F250 on the frame of an S10 pickup and have that frame hold up to it very long before it breaks down and falls apart. In the same way you cannot put 300lbs on the bones of a body that should be 150 at the max. Your bones and joints will eventually break down and fall apart. Not to mention all the added stress you put on your internal organs especially your heart and lungs. The stress you are putting on your heart alone is to the extreme end of the spectrum which will send your body into the survival mode where it shuts down the blood supply to everything that’s not immediately important to survival, so feet and hands then legs and arms in an attempt to provide the organs and brain with as much oxygen as possible. Once you pass that one point you are fighting time and bacterial growth. You can start seeing visually the damage done at that point, toes begin to turn purple or red at first then eventually the entire foot and up the leg then the hands and arms often the legs go first though as this is the furthest your heart would have to pump oxygen and shuts down first. The legs eventually turn black and necrotic after fighting to save them for months, bandaging swollen edema filled legs only provides a barrier for seepage, the pressure of the special socks worn is an attempt to provide the pressure you used to have all on your own and at that point don’t have anymore to return the fluid and old blood which not contains carbon dioxide back to your heart so that new oxygen filled blood can be pushed back into the legs and feet. Eventually there’s no option left but to remove the dead necrotic limb in an attempt to save your life from the infection. In hopes that you can still make changes. It isn’t ok, shouldn’t be encouraged and is really difficult watching someone you love/care about die a slow and painful death because of the weight and all the health issues they wouldn’t have had if they had not gained it. It isn’t pretty, it isn’t cute and is isn’t funny to have to see a lot of this happen or be the one going through those things thay obesity leads to. It might take a year or ten years maybe more or less to get to that point depending on the level to which you are unhealthy but eventually every single person who is just adding on lbs and continuing to get bigger and thinking they are just fine will eventually end up in the same place fighting against rotting limbs and organ failure.

I really like this guy & his laugh. I can't wait to see him years later down the road where his hair & beard start to turn grey & his joyful laugh turns into.....HO HO HO 🎅🏼🎄✨☃️💓💓💓
