Severe thunderstorm watch for all of Northeast Ohio until 7pm.
Any of these storms will be capable of producing damaging winds, very heavy rain and we can't rule out a tornado or two. Temps today will get into the 80s with the warmest readings in our southern communities where the heat and humidity will lay on thick before these storms arrive.
By tonight, we'll calm down and clear out with areas of fog developing. Lows will settle back into the low 60s. Expect comfortable air on Wednesday for the first time in weeks! Highs will push the upper 70s to near 80 with noticeable lower humidity.
We then turn our attention to the remnants of Debby heading out of the Carolinas. The system looks to bring rain and a tropical envelope of air up the spine of the Appalachians, bringing a chance of rain and increased humidity to Ohio by Friday. That same system looks to wrap in unseasonably dry and comfortable (think fall-like!) air in this weekend!
