Good video. I've had both, and the Sprite came accidentally in a plant shipment. Now it's one of my favorite plants. My Sprite is super thick, deep green and grows fast. But I give it away by the hand fulls. Most of my Sprite floats on top. If it has good roots I'll plant it in my Substrate, (Dirt tank). Anytime the plant gets over 12 inches tall, it seems to begin to break away on it's own. Maybe a way of self propagation. I've had a few that were close to 18 inches tall.

I love both these plants. At one time, all I have in my 4 footer is Wisteria. Easy to take care of, great for the health of the aquarium. Can be potted ; can be floated which is great for me since I have a bare bottom aquarium. Just lots of love for these two. 🥰

Nice video! I cannot keep either alive for some reason. Also, do you know the name of your light there? The cheap chinese one. I am all for cheap 😂

TBH if I hadn't already figured out that what I have is water sprite I'd be hightly confused by your video because your sprite literally looks like dill :D. You weren't kidding that sprite hates your water. A healthy sprite is much easier to confuse with wisteria, because the leaves look almost the same, only the arrangement is different.

To me; Water Wisteria looks like Arugala and Water Sprite looks like Dill weed. I know thats subjective - it helps keep me straight :0)

Googling ' arugala ' and ' dill weed '.......... Goodness, you're right. They do look similar to wisteria and water sprite respectively. 🥰
