I love my right angle tool, one of the best little investment I made. Thanks Darlene!

This is so much fun….and it’s so pretty. This time I’m using different paper because I didn’t want to wait for an order to come. It’s still so easy to follow along with you. It’s so good to have you back in my house.❤️

really nice waterfall, gives a lot of photo spots. Love that idea about using the spaces for putting name of the person or place in photo and date taken for each photo.

I just completed my waterfall. The directions were awesome and it turned out beautifully. I decided to use a Christmas junk journal kit modifying how the pages print to complete a prototype. It is turning out so cute. I wish I had the space to bring out all my Christmas embellishments.

Ingenious! I will definitely be using this in my daughter's wedding album! BTW, heating the Fabri-Tac glue with a warm iron or heat gun will loosen it. Cheers!

(I swear I already sent this once) I love it when paper does all the work - Kaiser Craft had put out some which had filled bookshelves on it, and another sheet had book covers with gold foiling - they were just made to be used as book covers!!! Wish I could gt some more.

Just an idea to help with auditioning where you want to isolate an area of the paper you want to highlight, cut a template out of acetate. Then you can move the template around until you find the area you want.

I use the large binder notebooks and the page protector sheets for the album workbooks of the ones that I have. I just don't have the cardstock templates, my printer is not a heavy duty one so it uses too much ink and card stock doesn't go thru it very well. But currently not making albums, too much in my online work from home job and my small Etsy shop as well as taking care of my dad

Hi Jennifer, where you talk about your paper being trimmed crooked around 12:55? I think some of those trimmers are crooked. I have the same trimmer and the same problem if I push my paper to the top or bottom stops, or guides, or whatever they're called. If I line up my paper to the grid, I get a straight cut. It took me a while to figure out why it was happening and it ticks me off because they're expensive. I am in Scotland and had to order mine from Germany because no one stocked it, and it would have been a massive pain to return so I never did. I know sometimes a mold gets wonky when tools are made so I imagine it could happen with craft supplies too.

It is not my paper trimmer I promise. It is my eyeballs lol. Or me being in to much of a hurry. Sometimes the trimmer does get a little out of wack at the bendy part but I just wack it back into place. They have lifetime warranties for the trimmer so you can just contact the company and they will assist you.

Thank you I will! I loved this inside cover but my favorite part was you finding and using that small drawer as a mat at the end. I love finding that perfect little piece for the perfect spot. 💖

Oh, you chose the rustic papers.... my least favorite design of them all. Such random and incongruous papers and elements thrown together for a collection. But, ironically, the page of drawers you used was one of the cute ones. The way you used it here was really good. I like the little slots you made, too - that was a good call for being able to add even more ephemera to the inside cover. The waterfall itself is cute - this is the only way I've learned how to make them is tabbed and staggered in like you did. I think the best part is that you made the whole thing able to lift up, I was wondering how that would look and it turned out nice. Adding the magnet at the end was just right. I'm not the biggest fan of like a bunch of flowers on things so I can take or leave flower elements - especially if I don't like the paper design, but I do like the way you made a focal element of the flower on the front and a tuck element on the back all out of the same little embellishment! I can't wait to see this completed album and see whether or not you are able to make a cohesive, beautiful book from this collection of mismatched papers - that, to me, is a true test of artistry and skill - if you are able to make something beautiful from something that doesn't immediately seem so.
