Back in early 2021, we traveled to the Northwoods in search of frozen waterfalls. In the week leading up to the travel, the temps had been hovering between 20 and 30 degrees below zero. Plenty cold enough for waterfall viewing....I think.
We started Northward from Kenosha and traveled the length of the state of Wisconsin up to the Land O Lakes area on Lac Vieux Desert.
From our base camp just on the Michigan side of Lac Vieux Desert, we made several excursions which included visits to two of the
most well known waterfalls in the area, Bond Falls and Agate Falls.
This video captures the travel to the Northwoods as well as the excursions to the waterfalls. Enjoy!
