Tracker music at its finest. Gone were the limitations of only four tracks on the Amiga. The SNES brought its own special effects and possibilities, but also its own limits.

I hate that so many people pay attention to only the Map theme and ignore the rest. Diving and Atoll are incredible, Atoll in particular doesn't even sound like it should be possible on SNES hardware.

"Map" is my favorite SNES song ever and it's been my ringtone for a while now. This entire soundtrack is just superb, I just love all of it. Thank you for this awesome music! I also absolutely love "High Score" from the cancelled Green Lantern game. I only wish that track was longer, it's just so damn catchy and the first 35 seconds are incredible! I need more of that, lol.

After almost 20 years of playing video games, this remains my favorite soundtrack to any game on any system. Not only does the music excel at conveying the feel of a water-themed adventure, but it's the perfect embodiment of mid-90's video game music that I adore so much. For me, this is nostalgia in musical form, something to listen to when I want to visit the carefree days of my childhood. No other score comes even close. Thank you for making this, Mr. Evans!

I highly doubt you’ll read this, but you are such an underrated and talented composer, (up there with Tim and Geoff Follin if you ask me) I love this OST so much, I burnt a CD for when I’m driving across town or out of state, and purchased a vinyl of it. People talk about SNES composers and they'll bring up Nobuo Uematsu, Koji Kondo, Yasunori Mitsuda, David Wise... they usually don't mention Dean Evans, and it's a crime they don't. Gorgeous soundtrack, thanks so much for uploading and letting us shower you with praise. A technical and artistic achievement worthy of standing among Chrono Trigger and Donkey Kong Country. I have had the Atoll theme stuck in my head for the past week and it's massively improved my life.

Someone showed me the Map theme and i loved it. It's been a bit but i decided to check out the rest fo the soundtrack. And i swear to god, if you told me that one of the greatest soundtracks on the SNES was from a movie licensed video game. I would never have believed you. But here we are and It's not hyperbole to say i genuinely believe this is one of the greatest soundtracks on the SNES if not all of gaming.

Half of my life i was listen to simple punk ock tracks, but this...every pad, every synth guitar bend, every tempo change is so in balance - if feels like wanted breath of fresh air. I used to think that only the Sega CD could push out fantastic sound via RedBook. I then listened to vegas steaks and the pebble beach golf soundtrack, and now this. Making an oceanic soundtrack is simple on paper but takes a tremendous amount of work to output properly. The Ecco The Dolphin series is a fantastic example. This even counts the Sega Genesis version too. You've given me a new binge soundtrack to listen too. Thank your for caring about your work.
