Thank you for this. After 10 years of not using it, I believe it's time to revisit Grasshopper.

Great demonstration! I have been a Grasshopper geek and doing SD and DD phase for a very long time. Ever since the release of Rhino inside Revit, I have never been more exciting and utilizing this workflow for the daily projects. I think in this way, we could take advantage of both the power of parametric design through Grasshopper, minimizing the time consuming and repetitive work, as well as the power of BIM for manipulating and documenting the data, through various Plug-ins and Dynamo. I do believe this could be the perfect combo in the AEC field. Thanks Gavin, been a big fan of yours! Also I am wondering what’s your take on Oliver Thomas (from BIG) ‘s work?

I've been following his podcasts and posts on AI recently, certainly agree with his take on it. Not overly familiar with his facade specific work though.

Id suggest looking into blenderbim and ifcopenshell, if not geometrygym.

i'd rather have 3d studio in revit. never like rhino, but it's been well funded by universities for many decades.

Each to their own. Personally I find 3dsmax very dated now, especially compared to gaming engines like UE and Unity. I do like its history of boolean operations, but otherwise haven't really used it for a long time now.
