Those things are air tight I thought. Seems like if its open during rain it would increase humidity inside. Good thought tho. Wonder if just a solar panel, sensor, small battery and a fan and 2nd vent would do the trick. Being a used container it would be wise to leak test the roof before you put too much stuff in there , the top of those boxes aren’t very thick and exposure to salt water can cause pinholes, the last thing you want is water damage. That leach field is only 1ft below the ground surface, or it was installed wrong. Also, a leach field works by having free flowing open air above it. I’m an HVAC technician plenty room to service the unit. But what if you need a replacement? lol and as old as the unit is might want to replace before next year when the cost goes up because of the new refrigerant.

Probably not legal to set the shipping container that close to the fenceline but as long as your neighbors don't mind they won't turn you in. Typically there's a 10-20' no build/structure (includes things like little storage sheds, shipping containers, etc) around the edges of property. You'ld just have to check with your county. Depending on the drainage of the soil your drain field might have been an evaporative system which actually evaporates UP. You'll find out soon enough if it gets saturated and the tank overfills and toilets won't flush. You should have hit the gravel with a plate compactor before setting the container so the truck didn't sink into the gravel., and used a swivel laser level to ensure it was level.

My only issue with your ground work is you should have put a 4x4 or 6x6 post laying along the fence pegged into the ground. All that gravel against the fence will rot and cause future issues with the fence.

You should look into some auto body panel storage racks. That’ll stand up all of your doors and hoods etc to save space.

I’m dying sitting here watching y’all run a tractor with a box blade on the back while you’re back dragging with the loader bucket. Florida man stuff I guess?

have your electrician run some power out there and use magnets to hold some LED strip lights on the ceiling.
