his job is to uphold the law. Not to intimidate people whilst carrying out legal activities. The lad was using a drone which was visible via his phone. the officer was distracting him which is not allowed. The officer must have been watching DJE flying his drone whilst driving his car, driving without due care and attention. The officer was there for one reason and one reason only and that was to get revenge for the inspector who when he asked dje for his details was made to look a fool in front of the trainees when dje declined to give them. It was all about the coppers being bigger and better hence showing dje their bigger and better drones. Never forget that this is meant to be a civilised country where policing is by consent. Yes I have been to Singapore were you could be fined for not flushing a public toilet. Hong Kong where the olive green police are constantly asking people for I.D. QATAR/BAHRAIN DUBAI 5 TIMES where you can be arrested for drinking/eating in the street during day time hours during Ramadan as well as being arrested for holding hands if you are not married to the person you are holding hands with. in a very well masked statement at the 19th minute it is implied by the inspector that generally speaking if they don't know who someone is they cant treat a member of the public fairly or as if they are not a threat to the police

You're the best auditor in youtube, you have the best approach. But constructive criticism would be keep it a bit shorter mate you repeat yourself too much when you don't really need to
