For our highly anticipated first getaway as new parents, we knew we needed a little bit (ok, a lot) of relaxation and rejuvenation.
We traveled to Nomade Isla Holbox for a 72 hour mini-retreat and discovered the secret of wataflow therapy.
During our stay, we took part in various wellness activities such as yoga, breathwork, and capoiera. Also normal life stuff that we miss doing, like reading and writing. Oh, and eating a lot of delicious food that we didn't have to cook. Or clean up after. It was the perfect combination of all things wellness.
