Aourir Morocco weekly souk is full of colors, smells, and sounds. We shop at the Moroccan market for our healthy vegetables and fruits for the week. This week the mission was to try some new things. We bought artichokes, cardoon, and blood clementines. I had never seen a red mandarin orange, it must be some hybrid fruit.
At the end we share our artichoke experience as we make spinach artichoke dip, a classic American bar/ party food. There was Jebli in the recipe so Jebli got to enjoy his namesake while licking the container.
