I've come to the conclusion that they just don't make shoes or anything like they used to. I'm thinking what I spend on shoes I might as well find a cobbler and get some made with real leather. It might cost more but maybe it would last longer. Getting excited on the grain bin build!

Dang, I have been watching yall for over 3 years now! Just as an FYI, that off grid tiny house/shed to house, that build inspired a friend of mine who has land in Maine to do an off grid build with the metal ceiling (yes they had trouble also 😆)

Jason, when you get your boots, do you put Mink oil on them while you break them in?? I have a pair of steal toe work boots that I purchased in January of 1998. I keep mink oil on them which helps keep them water proof and the leather soft. They are starting to get bad now, but considering they are over 26 years I've had them, that's pretty good. Put the mink oil on as soon as you take them out of the box and put it on them once or twice a month. You boots will last 2 or 3 times longer or more if you do this.

And everyday is a learning day even if you are not doing anything you will think back and say well when we do this, this time we will not do it like we did over at #### because this will happen. You two are doing great and moving along fine. God Bless from your Canadian Friend.

Good morning, kids! Sawyer says, "💩 happens, Dad." 😊 Definitely spend the $$$ on good work shoes or boots. That will save your back, hips, and feet. Gary swore by Red Wing steel toed work boots. The fact that you got Danielle a pair of muck boots for $11 is awesome. I don't think that anyone would fault you if the two of you go back to TS and bought about $250 worth of clothes and boots because that would last you both about 5 years! P.S. You have every right and reason to be proud of your life and builds. I can't wait to see what George and Melanie will say whenever they get a chance to see what the two of you have built. 😊❤😊

I think the longest lasting boots you had were the ones you got from Ariat, I also think you said they were the most comfortable. Why not look at buying some new Ariat's, hell with the price, your body and health are more important. Never ever scimp on the stuff to keep you safe and healthy, footwear is one, mattress is another. When you consider sleep takes up approx 8hrs a day, that's a third of your life, so it's too important to be cheap with. Just my opinion.

Let me suggest getting metatarsal safety boots if you find any on sale. A little more protection than regular steel toe boots. I've had to have safety boots/shoes my whole working career and of course Red Wing is the best if you can afford them. Does that electric pole really lean that much?

Hello you two, my husband is one who spends a lot money on work boot, he has found Arias are theost expensive and tend to last the longest. He has to have steel toe and loves the ones that don't lace up. He goes through laces about every other month to replace. Good thing are to those who wait and your property is coming along nicely. Thank you for sharing. Till next time God Bless.

Jason and Danielle, I want to apologize for trying to e-mail you two. I know you don't have the time or energy to reply to this old Lady with 2 Chihuahuas and a husband that is 57 and having to go back to work. I would Love to do what you 2 do but I'm Disabled and have a real bad back. You and Danielle really impress me allot with all your builds and the way you care for your Animals! I've had 17 dogs in my lifetime that have passed over to The Rainbow 🌈 Bridge. Over three years ago decided to go small and started raising my two little Ladies, Pixie Rose 🌹 and her half-sister Brielle Grace, Brielle is the one I talk about that will stand on a high pillow on my bed and will watch all your Animal videos and will get so excited to the point of barking her head off at all your Animals, especially Lucy🐕, Breakfast🐖, and Karen🐐. She Loves your big boys! Her tail will wag ninety miles an hour when she hears the Crocker Alien 👽 theme come on. My life rotates around my babies, my husband. and watching your KZitem channels! Being Disabled is not fun but I deal with it! I take one day at a time and try to get done what I can without hurting myself. God only gives us what we can endure I believe and I Love that he is there for all of us! I Pray for you two everyday to Stay Safe, and be careful in all you do on SomeDay Ranch. Again, excuse my 2 e-mails! Love ❤️ you 2 and Jesus be with you! Happy Hump 🐫Day!!
