Can you please film another real-time HIIT workout? The minimal equipment you have right now is actually helpful as most people don’t have much at home. I still do the HIIT workout you filmed years ago, love it! Also, you look amazing but I know it can be frustrating to feel like you put in work & aren’t seeing it. It’s easier to put on lean muscle when after you’re done nursing, your hormones will go back up… im not saying you should stop nursing if you still are though!

@@lucianas4919 I understand your point, but what I’m trying to say is just let your kids eat whatever they want whether vegetables or meat, they will eventually figure out what they like and choose the best lifestyle for themselves. Why restrict them and deprive them from nutrients that will help them grow?! I’m vegetarian by choice but my parents gave me the option to be vegetarian, nothing was forced on me.
@lucianas4919
Жыл бұрын
@@esra_k.c Vegan children are NOT being deprived of nutrients. Children eat how they are raised. Sadly, when children are raised eating diets of highly processed food/junk food, no one seems to say anything. However, when children are being raised vegan everyone has an opinion, and thinks they know whether or not a child is getting the necessary nutrients they need. Parent raise their children by doing what they think is best, not just regarding food, but religion, education, etc. Kids don’t have a choice, until they are old enough to decide for themselves, they follow how they are raised. You don’t have to agree with it, but it’s not your decision on how other people raise their children. Most adult vegans were not given the choice as children, they were forced to eat meat/animal products. There’s nothing wrong with raising your children vegan. At the end of the day, no matter how you choose to eat the important thing is, to make sure you are getting the nutrients necessary to be healthy. So many people eating the standard American diet don’t, and people are silent. However, when someone is vegan everyone has an opinion. I wish I was raised vegan, sadly I wasn’t, nor was I given the option. You don’t have to agree with someone else’s choices, but you don’t have the right to tell other people how to raise their children.

If you are feeling cold in Australia, then there are definitely essential nutrients lacking in your diet. A big fat steak on the barbie would fix you up perfectly. As for the weight issues, I agree, this chick would look much better 10 or 15 pounds lighter, definitely needs to ease up on the carbs and eat more protein, the softness of her belly reflects this.
