Very professional marketing video. Welcome to all rich retired Americans ready to renovate our abandoned houses in the mountains and spend lots of money creating jobs for Italians. But securing permission to stay in Italy is NOT easy. It can be done but you will definitely need help from a service such as this one. All bureaucratic procedures and medical services are extremely difficult and convoluted. You will need a fixer at every step of the way, on daily call. For example, after one year of residency, if you intend to drive, you must obtain an Italian driver's license. It is nearly impossible to pass the test if you do not speak very fluent Italian, French or German. The test is extremely difficult, even for Italians.

@@smartmoveitaly the Italian healthcare system, but I believe the entire European healthcare system, is not based on the ticket for access to healthcare services, which is not significant and which is excluded for certain subjects, but on different taxes, and in particular on the personal income tax, which is a tax on individuals and which is paid mostly by those who work actively or by foreigners who have residence in Italy or who receive income from state coffers (and I don't think this is the case). This tax is not paid by some individuals in Italy, such as pensioners with an income below a certain threshold.
