Can you make an addendum video that shows how the pans are cleaned? Are they switched out to the dishwasher after each dish? Does the cook wash it himself at the side? Always in awe when stainless steel pans are cleaned so quickly.
@technophobian2962
Жыл бұрын
Not sure about this kitchen since it's so small, but most kitchens will have a lot of pans and after a pan is used it gets swapped out to the kitchen porter, who can clean it within about 2-3 minutes if the kitchen is very busy and going through lots of pans. The kitchen porter scrubs the pan and puts it through an industrial dishwasher, which has cycles that last around 1-2 minutes.

@technophobian2962

If you studied physics you'd know that induction is far more efficient than gas when it comes to heating pans. Gas take longer to heat pans because they have to heat the air around the pan, not just the pan itself. Induction literally directly heats the pan itself by inducing a current in it. Pans have very high resistance, and if you studied physics you'd know high resistance means heat is generated. Induction also allows you to stop heating something much quicker, because the current stops as soon as you turn it off. With gas the heat in the air continues to heat the pan. There are only two disadvantages of induction cooking: it's currently more expensive, and you have to get a specific type for cooking on woks.
