Dear Germany, Poland and US have been providing your country with hard evidence for years that Nordstream has been the worst idea ever. Yes, we know Germany has been deeply sorry for World War II. Germany has been pacifist enough for years for everyone in Europe to notice. Now Germany really have to accept the fact that being a pacifist will not turn everyone else around into a pacifist, hence Germany like other countries in region also have to "hope for the best but prepare for the worst". As current situation shows, Europe stands a chance at peace and safety only if all European countries are also prepared for the worst and able to respond in a well- coordinated manner. As for Germany and it's safety, resuming nuclear plants Germany has just switched off this year would probably be a good idea if Germany cares for it's own energy supply safety. And lack of German reservations against Poland trying to build its own nucelar energy providing plants within EU would be highly appreciated.

Nuclear energy is not a good idea because there is still no solution for the nucelar wastes. What we do is saying: "Hey, people in 100, 1000 and 10000 years...here, we have something for you. You have to care very well for all this nuclear waste, you know? No, you do not profit from it. Only we did, but you have to take care of it." Concerning the warnings: yes, absolutely right. Our last government, which was about the same for 16 years, totally sucked and it got elected over and over again because this government literally did nothing, so it appeared to the people that it did nothing wrong...
