A Series 60? Oh no, not in a Peterbilt, can't beat a Cat motor. I've ran them all and I'm impressed most with a 475 Cat, lots of power and torque and reliable plus not bad on fuel. My 379EH has a 475 with a 18spd and it has been amazing for me.

detroit that leaks oil. lol, who would have thought, 11.1 were in cabover walmart trucks. all you have to do is change the cecu to wipe the mileage on the dash, you can not use that as mileage, the engine ecm is a more reliable mileage indicator. bosch makes almost all the fuel componets in all engine makes, cat loose just as many injectors as all the others,

What do yall haul besides salt? I think I might like to run an end dump, if it were road runs. I have no interest in running back and forth from a construction site to a dirt pit 4 miles away all day. I've done that. A 9 hour day sèems like 19. I'm on the MS gulf coast, so not alot of salt to be delivered in the winter around here.

That fleetpride wrecker is actually t&r down off I 86. Fleetpride bought them out, just like they did with the exit 77 truckstop down near harrisburg. They made the truck shop sell off all but 2 trucks, they had 7, plus additional trailers, an air bag truck for rollovers, whole lotta equipment. Those 12.7 detroits used to be one of the cheapest to rebuild, abundance of parts. A friend of mine had his inframed last year and it cost him almost double in parts. Lower availability of parts now. This is his 2nd inframe at 2 mil. He's gonna try and roll her to over 3 million this go around.

She's a living breathing example of a hater. I know that word has been overused quite often as a way to shut down legit criticism but in this sense, that's what she is. She's tilted because DP & Wolverine did so well without the agenda or pushing "the message". I even heard Reynolds fought to keep her she hulk out of his film so maybe that's why she's particularly pissy about it. Why should the very characters who's projects crashed and burned be included in this stunner. Ok I can understand too many F bombs might turn some people off and yes there can be a work around but complaining the character is being kept true to the source material tell me you haven't read the comics without telling me you haven't read the comics.

Hi Justin so you had to swap the engine. Well you did say you got it right price wise. As far as condition it’s in excellent shape. I see your point tho $5,000 - 6,000 to fix oil leaks or swap an engine you know should be excellent I’d do the same thing! That’s wild that may have been an 11.1 block tho I thought they quit building those years ago. I’ve not heard anything good about a Fitzgerald engine myself. I know 3 people that bought those and all of them had problems. Keep trucking looks like things are turning up for everyone. Stay cool
