Personally, I've been trying to lose weight my whole life but haven't been able to. It decreased a little. And then it came back more than before every time I ate it. Until I came to practice Muay Thai. It made me lose weight very quickly. And I feel stronger and more flexible. And I feel more relaxed and calm. Now I know that Why do most Thai boxers They seem to be in a good mood all the time.

Learning about Muay Thai It's like a warrior's fight that can actually be used for self-defense. Muay Thai teaches discipline. Have good sportsmanship and respect for your opponent. On the field is competition, but off the field we are friends. Muay Thai is a beautiful thing in the way of men 👍❤

With only having a few shorts weeks of training, your switch kick is looking pretty solid.. OooWeee🔥🥊 and shot out to Peaches for turning into a shark for the fight.. I’m excited to see where your journey leads.
Congratulations to you all. It is clear that you have improved a lot from the first day of training. What the teacher teaches are the basics of this sport. It is like preparing the clay and kneading it ready to be molded. Now it's up to you whether you want it to be a pot, a plate, a bowl or a kettle.

You two are very talented. Thai martial arts Used for training the body, mind Self-defense and attack, you dare to use the weapons you have learned is a great thing. Because if the person who really has a problem with you might not be someone of the same gender. or the body is the same as you You know how to protect. and can attack If someone haven't learned martial arts, there will be no way to fight against you. But the best way to protect yourself is not to get yourself into trouble from the start. That's what is needed. Goodluck both and anjoy for learning MuayThai.

Wooow Billie is a warrior! both did really well, but god damn you are meant for fighting the way you kept pushing through those shots, and still managing to fight back the way you did! I have done a fair amount of mma, thai, and kickboxing. You fighting 10kg(not lbs, KILO'S) up, male fighter that has been training steady for 9+ months, probably more than a year. That is out of this world bad matchmaking, and the way he went hard with low leg-kicks, and heavy pressing boxing .. a normal person would end up getting knocked out in that fight.🔥🔥🔥 very impressive from the both of you!

btw when you hit that wall 4th week was karma for that mcdonalds, and generally not getting enough calories pr day (of NUTRITION). the amount you have to eat to train like that for 6 days a week is nuts.

Wow amazing! Living that pro fighter lifestyle so young!
For those who are looking to start Muay Thai I'd recommend starting off with 2 days a week of training first, then when 2 days is no longer a challenge to get through, add a session and so on. As you can see 6 days a week right off the bat got Billie injured, of course every individual is different but the risk of injury is always high when your body hasn't adapted to such high intensity training, especially on top of not giving yourself enough rest days for your body to adapt. (Yes, I'm aware they're doing a challenge for a video)

Especially Billie did very well, she stayed composed vs not only a guy, who was heavier, but more experienced, knew how to Block kicks etc. They should have found her a girl. If she had an opponent equivalent as peaches she would have won that easy. Peaches did well, reached his goals and learned, but his opponent was very weak, they just Picked him from the Street i guess, he would Almost fall over by himself. They Both did great, for just doing this, it's an accomplishment by itself!

hey you guys I am Thai and I have studied Muay Thai since I was a child. My father and grandfather were boxers. For me, at that time, I was just an ordinary student. Interested in martial arts I am currently a martial arts trainer. and has students at the forefront of Thailand (Not Muay Thai) I have a story to tell and those who watch this clip. You should not use a Profesional Muay Thai training schedule. The basic physical condition of people who have never trained before should be to practice 1 day and rest 1-2 days off to restore the body to a state ready to learn fully the next time. Forcing your injured body to train more won't do you any good. It makes movement difficult. Nerves respond more slowly and accumulated injuries (I understand that The course you are taking is not for professional Muay Thai. But it belongs to a new trainee. But going to practice every day, even if it's a new trainee's schedule, isn't good either.) In the training of the general public who are not boxers who rush to prepare to enter the ring. You should go slowly. But I speak as a general person who comes to watch your clips and is interested in practicing Muay Thai. As for your intention to challenge yourself, I probably won't stop you. But I'm just trying to explain what a normal person should do so that you guys can enjoy the training. and have happiness in your daily life too

@@strawbillieandpeachez You guys are awesome. I admire your effort and determination. Even though I've been in the industry for 30 years, training Muay Thai 6 days a week is crazy. I still don't think I can do it. But do you believe that the fighters who entered the Muay Thai world They had trained hard since childhood. And do it every day to create a fighting machine in Muay Thai competitions. But in order to survive, poverty oppresses them. Even if you have to devote all your time to life. They did not play in childhood Not living like a teenager No travel, no lover. It's sad but it's another dark side of Muay Thai. Therefore, professional Muay Thai boxers in Thailand are strong but pay a high price. Even today, child boxers receive international opposition. But there are many people who try to train from a young age on their own. Do you believe that Just how effective is training separated by 1-2 years apart? A 12-year-old child who has trained in Muay Thai for 5 years can render an average adult who has no training in boxing incapacitated in a fight with just 1-2 leg kicks. Boxers therefore voluntarily train from a young age just for the chance. Winning more in the ring than anyone else
