Rachel and I did a few things for Halloween this year and one of them was to go on a haunted (and historic) tour of the city we call home. We were willing and enthusiastic living passengers in a hearse as we drove around to four spooky, and still fully functional, locations.
Rachel's had her own paranormal experiences in the past while I just enjoy some ghost stories and investigations either here on KZitem or a bigger platform, so we figured this would be a fun way of celebrating our first Halloween as a couple. We were right!
Huge props to our tour guide and the very best of recommendations to Haunted ATX. Without either of them, we might have been able to have our horror movie marathon with loads of popcorn and candy instead, but this was much better! 5 stars all around. If you live in the Austin area or plan to visit and like spooky things, or even just rich - albeit sometimes sad - history then look into buying a ticket for one of their tours: hauntedatx.com/.
We know this isn't a typical vlog, but that's kind of our style. I'm used to being behind the camera and this channel is Rachel's first foray into the digital world beyond point-and-shoot pictures captured on her phone. In the future, we definitely plan to do more standard vlogging, but for now it's just a lot of b-roll but still good times!
