Dhokla Chutney - 3 Ways
Green Chutney
Ingredients:
150 gm - Coriander Leaves with Stem
30-35 no - Mint
2 no - Less Spicy Chilli
6-7 no - Spicy Chilli
1 inch - Ginger
1 tsp - Cumin Seeds
2 tbsp - Sugar
Salt to taste
2 no - Lemon Juice
4 no - Ice Cube
4 tbsp - Sugar
1/4 Cup - Besan Sev
Method:
Take a Mixie Jar, and add above Ingredients and Grind Coarsely
Red Chutney:
3 no - Kashmiri Chilli
4 no - Resham Patta Chilli
1/4 Cup - Garlic
1 tbsp - Spicy Red Chilli Powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp - Cumin
1 tsp - Chaat Masala
1 inch - Ginger
1+1/2 no - Lemon Juice
3/4 Cup - Water
1/8 Cup - Besan Sev
Method:
Take above both Chill and Soak into Hot Water and Strain and into Mixie Jar
Add Garlic, Spicy Red Chilli Powder, Salt to taste, Cumin Seeds, Chaat masala, Ginger Chopped, Lemon Juice, Water, Barik Sev and Grind Properly
Yellow Chutney:
1/2 Cup - Roasted Skinless Peanuts
1 no - Less Spicy Chilli
4 no - Spicy Chilli
1/2 tsp - Asafetida
1/2 tsp - Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
1+1/2 no - Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup - Chillies Water
1 tbsp - Peanut Oil
Method:
Take a Mixie Jar and add above Ingredients and Grind it then add Oil and Grind it Properly.
