Part of the Days of the Week Yoga Series, this Wednesday yoga flow is the perfect 20-minute class that covers the whole body, and just the essential categories of yoga poses ;) I designed this one after a semi-traditional class I'd teach if I was walking into a studio with various levels of yogis in the room. You'll get a chill, standing warm-up, sun salutations, warriors, balancing poses, and lastly, a little seated meditation to tie a bow on everything. Hope you enjoy!
