One of my favorites that I come back to as an add on for either a longer strength or HIIT workout, or after a run just to burn out the inner thighs a bit more once my quads are fatigued and less likely to try and take over 😅 love this one more and more each time I do it!

*just did this one as an add on to your most recent intense trampoline strength intervals workout since i had the extra energy and time! 89 active calories burned and 115 total calories burned. this was my first time using the pilates ball you recommended from amazon! as usual, i love the ankle weights. this was relaxing in every way with just the right level of intensity!*

Wonderful workout...did this without the ankle weights and still got in a great workout, so don't feel if you don't have ankle weights you won't benefit...YOU WILL!
