Square signal is considered as a digital signal

a digital signal is the one which is discretized in both time domain as well as amplitude...discretizing only in amplitude shall make the signal just quantized...so i think nope...continuos time discrete amplitude signal can't be considered as digital there are more chances for the signal to be analog

This is a good and kind of tricky question, especially for beginners. A descret time signal is a sequence of numbers. These numbers are real numbers. Digital signal is sequence of numbers/symbols, these numbers come from only a countably finite set called alphabet. Examples of alphabet {0,1}. The signal in question is not a sequence. So in strict sense, the answer is no. But as it can be seen as a continuous time waveform (signal) that represents a digital sequence. So the signal you ask can be seen as representative of a digital signal.
