Today @adel_way_fitness has put together a combo using dumbells
Tips....
💦 instruct your participants to keep those legs and arms moving
💦 bring the knees up to the chest on the frog tucks and try to connect the feet
💦 with the dumbell foot hold and frog tuck encourage your participants to give it a try, and have a laugh when the dumbell pops up
💦 enjoy this combo and level up your sessions
