Hit a wall! I unfortunately gained 2 pounds but can't get discouraged. It's a challenge for a reason and exceptionally difficult to lose weight.
You have to be dedicated, focused and determined.
Step 1 - stick to a plan and don't quit.
So far I'm only at step 1.
I really believe sticking to a plan.
Commit to success and you'll see results.
My daily plan -
After dinner I fast until 1pm each day.
Breakfast -
In the morning I drink coffee and trying not to have cream but it's hard.
I drink plenty of water as well.
Lunch - 1pm
I eat a salad or protein, vegetables.
Plenty of water.
Dinner - sometime between 5-8pm
Soup or salad with a protein.
I have no bread, grains!
I have no sugar!
I eat 1200 - 1700 calories a day.
Workouts are 4 days a week lasting from 60 minutes to 90 minutes.
I burn over 3500 - 3800 calories a day.
