even when it isn't an endurance push! this is simply a long day. tried to start early and boybdid I not remember opening shift can be busy on a Friday. kept everything in motion while only switching up the last two movements into a super set on 4 sets. I got better at the close grip and I'm glad worked on my overall tri strength to get it sharper. Definitely a lot better in comparison to my week 8 heavy set.
