I decided to conduct an experiment to see if it is possible to achieve a visible result through a week of daily classes with small efforts, simple exercises. During the week, every day I did 40 pull-ups, 50 push-ups on the uneven bars and 60 repetitions on the press (leg lifts). After the first training session, I thought it was not so easy, but in the end.. see for yourself!)
