Britt! I've been doing your beginners program and core because im postpartum, and my core needs to be strengthened, but i feel so good mentally! Yesterday was my heavy bench press day, im still fatigued from it now. But im at the gym at anyways for some light stretches and sauna session. Tomorrow will be overhead press and some other upper back exercises.

I just tried the lower body (quad) workout and I got such a good workout. I was wondering if you could do a video on different ways you can position your hands for front squats. I’ve never tried doing front squats with a barbell. Thank you for your content I always really enjoy it. I’m going to try doing this split for the week 😊
