Has anyone ever made this into a toilet paper holder? Think I might try it as I hate those metal ones they sell. I had a lovely ceramic one my aunt gave me but in moving it was broken, but I was able to glue together n it’s serviceable but this way of sewing one gives me all kinds of ideas of replacing my beloved paper holder. Thanks for sharing this project with us. Lizzi

first of all I love the bowl, want one for a couple cats I know. I so enjoyed watching you put it all together, you are the happiest sewer I have ever seen and just have a delightful personality. You are so adept at your machine, and fix little things so quick and easy, and you and can talk and sew all at the same time. Thanks for the tuturoial, I came away with a 9 inch circle a 31 inch 9 layered cake of fabric and I have to try it. I was hoping you would plop it atop your head, I would have, thank you so much, I subscribed, although I am a beginner, have an older Bernina machine and you have just made me want to sew again. wish we could be friends.

Just watched, really cute. I would over lap slightly more then fold corner over just a bit then sew to create a pocket in the front, decorate with a button. Put spools of yarn in the bowl, and put either crochet or knitting needles and scissors in the front pocket. Wa La everything you need in one spot.

Love your concept on how to use what you have on hand and NOT feel like the ''something'' needed to make it work project is a must-have issue. I have lots of unused batting laying around; plenty of leftover strips as well as new fabrics that I feel like I can't live without, lol, so seeing how you can take a beautiful pattern and make it with what you have on hand is very refreshing to see. Thank you!! :)
