Put down my smart phone and read a book, even if it's only one page.
Write down what's on my mind.
Wash dishes as soon as possible after use.
Prepare a few extra dishes for weekdays.
Go shopping and replenish detergents.
I have found in my long time living alone that doing these things makes weekdays easier and resets my week.
I'm creating my own habits one by one through trial and error.🤭💛

▶ABOUT NAMI NO KURASHI
I'm Nami, an office worker living alone in Tokyo.
The Japanese pronunciation "Nami" has several meanings.
One Nami is a girl's name, and the other Nami means ordinary.
Naminokurashi(Nami's life) is a combination of these two meanings.
Kurashi means daily life.
I don't have any special skills. My life is ordinary days.
I hope you enjoy my ordinary days!
