This is one of the more strong and emotional episode in this season. Not only we get to see how Momoko is handling being a foreigner in school, but we also learned how Momoko became a Witch's Apprentice. I do like how Seki Sensei is handling things, by not only speaking in English, but also try to let Momoko to understand the ground rules of studying in a Japanese school. It took some talking, and it is better that everyone is one the same page, and understand each other. P.S. I would like to argue regarding your point Goddess Madoka controlling life and death. What Madoka did was just breaking the cycle of a magical girls turned into witches from the past, present and future all at once, at the cost of her own existence known by everyone but one. Note that these so called deaths aren't natural at all, and were done by magical or unnatural means. What Madoka did was also not erasing death, or even changing the cycle of life and death itself. What she can do is to help the magical girls that were about to turned into witches due to despair, and actually move on to the afterlife without the repercussion of turning into a witch. Which means, yes, magical girls in Madoka's new world can still die. Its just that they won't turn into the very thing they are killing.

Majo Monroe is definitely my most favorite motivated character ever. Her motherly/granny voice sounds like Yoshie Shinozaki from Corpse Party series.

yes !!!!! and again i can't stop crying from all the emotions bundled inside that got loose momoko englisg is better than most shounen anime "englishmen" even though she have an excuse of speaking with japanese accent or plain incorectly because she didn't start off as native english person, and the no japanese house rule might actually also be belivable cause of her communication issues. and i also love how in this episode we hear her double over the headset momoko was slamed into this show by force , but even after 1-2 episodes she feel like she belong there and that is one of the strongest themes of this season, and touching issues you wouldn't see in western cartoon to a level you would be crucificed online nowdays. i am waiting for Beth episode and Tamaki reformation and that one absent girl . i want to cry more remembering all of it

If I remeber correctly accents are set in stone by age 12 so Momoko shouldn't have a japanise accent, but I suppose that with her parents speaking with a thick accent it's logical that it rubbed off on her a bit.
