Yes but you will become slower and less durability becuse od the to much muscle

You can but it will be less beneficial than lifting like an athlete from perspective of boxing If your main goal is to gain muscle it’s good though

I think as an alternative to the z press, you could do a push press. It’s the same overhead pressing, but you use a little leg drive, which in a way mimics what you’d do to throw a punch

Well I do weigh lifting 2 times a week. The thing is I don’t do the same workout all the time. I showed just one workout of many others that are included in the KO Boxing Package (my training program)

Hi Andrii, how are you? I'm having a hard time with the Kettlebell Rotations. I can do fine 10 to 12kg with my left hand, but I can even rotate 10 kg with my right hand, AND I'M RIGHT-HANDED. Could you tell me how do I equal the strength of my grip from my right hand?

Дякую за зворотній зв’язок! Дуже ціную;) Займаюсь сумарно 14 років, але в них входить перерва у 3-4 роки коли я займався сам і нестабільно. Потім я знову почав займатися у студентські роки і це триває вже 3 рік
